We accept returns within 30 days, however, they must be initiated within 10 days of delivery. You can start the process by dropping us a line at info@whizcrate.com. Your return items must be unopened and in new condition. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for opened merchandise, blind boxes, mystery boxes or autographed pieces.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
